ElDon White is an executive leadership strategist, transformational speaker, and purpose-driven coach with more than two decades of experience leading in high-stakes, high-pressure environments. Now based in Hawai‘i, ElDon brings elite leadership insights from U.S. Special Operations into corporate, educational, and organizational spaces seeking sustainable performance, clarity, and cultural alignment.
A top 1% leader and the first enlisted ICF-Certified Executive Coach within the Department of Defense and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), ElDon has led thousands through moments requiring decisive leadership, trust, and resilience. His 21 years of distinguished military service include 15 years in U.S. Special Operations and the 75th Ranger Regiment, where he developed leaders operating under extreme complexity and consequence.
