ElDon White is an executive leadership strategist, transformational speaker, and purpose-driven coach with more than two decades of experience leading in high-stakes, high-pressure environments.

Based in Hawai‘i, he brings elite leadership insights from U.S. Special Operations into corporate, educational, military, and organizational spaces seeking sustainable performance, clarity, cultural alignment, and human-centered leadership.

A top 1% leader and the first enlisted ICF-Certified Executive Coach within the Department of Defense and Joint Special Operations Command, ElDon served 21 years in the U.S. Army, including 15 years in U.S. Special Operations and the 75th Ranger Regiment.

He is the author of Black Leadership: Becoming the SUM, a leadership framework centered on integration, clarity, and intentional action through SEE + UNDERSTAND + MANIFEST.

Dr. Laurine LeBlanc-White is a nationally recognized Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than 15 years of dedicated service in mental health and behavioral health care.

Her clinical expertise spans work with adoptive families, veterans, children, and diverse populations navigating trauma, identity, recovery, emotional wellness, and generational restoration.

She specializes in trauma-informed therapy, integrative mental health, culturally responsive care, and compassionate, faith-rooted guidance that empowers clients to move from survival to sustainable success.

Dr. Laurine is the acclaimed author of Unapologetically Resilient, a memoir and transformational guide that inspires readers to reclaim their narrative, rise above adversity, and live with courageous authenticity.
